Wireless network service
Central IT Services are responsible for the network-wide wireless service.
Wireless hotspots are located throughout Warwick Business School, in addition to other locations across campus.
Your device will likely pick up a number of different hotspot services, each for different groups of users (e.g. Staff & Students versus Conference Guests). Students and staff should use the hotspot-secure service. This can be a bit of a pain to set up on some devices (!). Setup instructions are here. You should log in with your university ITS account (typically something like u1234567).
Eduroam is a service that is desgined to allow academics and students to access the Internet at different institutions across the UK (and increasingly the world) using their home institution's username and password.
Warwick IT Services have excellent instructions on connecting from various devices and platforms available here: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/its/servicessupport/networkservices/wifi/eduroam/
