1. Turn on the computer

2. Switch on the Presenter

3. Launch PowerPoint

4. Press the Launch slide show button

5. Use the Next and Previous slide buttons to navigate through your presentation

6. Press the Laser Pointer button (only works in theatres with front projection)

7. Range is 15 metres (50 feet)

8. Ensure you turn off the Presenter when finished to conserve batteries

1. Set the timer to the amount of presentation time you have allocated. Use the Timer set button (hold to reset, increments in 5 minute steps)

2. Presenter will vibrate when 5 and 2 minutes remain. Displays shows minutes remaining and a countdown bar
