There are a few ways to log a call with us.

• The main way is to log a call using our online portal here or https://helpdesk.wbs.ac.uk/. Current staff and students can use their WBS or ITS username to log into online helpdesk.
• Call us on +44(0)24 765 22522 (22522 int. ext)
• Visit us in room 0.007 in the main WBS building. Campus map
