The latest version of Skype does not work on WBS computers running Windows XP due to a limitation in Skype. This has been reported but is not something on which Skype are actively working. If you need to use Skype for work purposes please contact us and we will give you access to a working version in WBS-Applications. Arranging meetings can be a chore with multiple emails back and forth. To ease this problem many people already use Doodle (www.doodle.com ). ITS have produced a similar tool that has the advantage of knowing about Warwick staff and rooms.

'Youtube in Powerpoint 2007' is now available in WBS-Applications. This installs an add-in to PowerPoint 2007 that allows you to quickly and easily embed youtube videos in your presentations. Please note you need access to the internet to play them.
