IT Services password Problem Aug 2010

On Friday August 13th central IT Services accidentally reset the passwords of the majority of students at the University of Warwick (approx 20,000). Students have been having their passwords reset by calling the IT Services Helpdesk on +44 (0)24 765 73737 or, since last Thursday, by visiting the self-service webpage at http://go.warwick.ac.uk/passwordreset .

This quick questionnaire is to help WBS gather information on the university response to this problem, and if necessary, to escalate it further. Many thanks for your time in completing this survey and apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
