The academic program showcases frontier research at the intersection of property, finance, and technology. Presentations explore data-driven forecasting, the role of language and communication in markets, and new applications of large language models in finance. Leading scholars from the UK, US, and Singapore will share insights that combine methodological innovation with practical relevance. The day closes with a cross-regional panel (North America, Europe, Asia) designed to connect academic findings with industry priorities, fostering dialogue on how research can inform decision-making and policy.
