This research examines organizational dystopia in products of culture, specifically surrealist art, comic books, and video games. The purpose of this study is to add to the categories of organizational dystopia, especially productivity, resistance, and despair; and to further the understanding of the processes in becoming the organizational subject to managerial discourses while external to the organizational site.
