Thanks for supporting scholarships
Helping students go for gold
You’ve helped over 120 students at Warwick this year with Benefactors’ Scholarships.
Scholarships at Warwick open up a whole new world of opportunities, from new friends to new career paths. We recently caught up with Georgia Craven, a young scholar in her second year of studying MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics).
Georgia is a tennis player and Gold Sports Scholarship holder who made headlines when she joined Warwick as Britain’s no.1 under 18 female tennis player. It hasn’t always been easy combining coursework with professional practice, and helping Warwick’s tennis team to reach the Premier League too.
Georgia’s enjoyed every second: “I love studying at Warwick. The best thing about having a sports scholarship here is that I’ve been able to pursue tennis, my absolute passion in life, and also study a subject which is fascinating too.”
Because of you, people like Georgia have a chance of a degree at Warwick and extra special support on campus.
