TeamWork Programme
TeaMWork Virtual International Programme
What Are EUTOPIA Connected Communities
The TeaMWork programme provides students with a short-term, virtual, international work-based learning experience, gained through multi-disciplinary groups of students working virtually together on a project provided by an organisation or alumnus.
TeaMWork has grown dramatically since its inception, seeing increases in both student and industry partner participation numbers by 200% and 233% respectively. The programme continues to engage with a wide range of organisations and Alumni, both domestically and internationally, to provide students with relevant projects that focus on global health and well-being, sustainability and charities.

Employer Feedback
Participating in TeamWork for a second year in a row has been a great experience! Our organisation had the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing multi-cultural team from across the world and we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the level of maturity of all the students.
What was particularly positive is that their proposal was of great standard and is something that we could potentially implement in the near future. I truly believe that TeamWork is beneficial not only for the students but also for the organisations that decide to participate.”
Christos Roussakis, Eurostar

Student Feedback
Thanks to TeamWork, I gained presentation and working research skills. Over the four weeks my team and I combed through large volumes of data to create a coherent plan for social mobility charity.
Without this experience I could honestly say I wouldn’t have improved my commercial awareness to this extent.
I’d recommend TeamWork because it challenged me to expand my skillset outside my modules, and collaborate with like-minded people."

Graduate Journey
After graduating from Warwick in July 2023, I embarked on a journey to the United States, starting my career as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank.
TeamWork, in hindsight, was a hidden gem. It taught me how to collaborate within a culturally and academically diverse team, fostering effective communication among team members from diverse backgrounds. It equipped me with the ability to manage virtual working relationships and transformed me into a time management champion."
Adaora Ubosi, Financial Analyst, Wells Fargo Bank
