Graduate training programme opens

Learn more about Ambitious Futures, our graduate training programme, and how you can get involved in hosting a placement or applying to take part, if you meet the criteria.

What’s involved?

Successful trainees will take part in three, six month placements, with the first and third placements taking place at Warwick and the second placement at a partner institution.

Trainees will get an insight how the challenging and stimulating business of a university operates and work alongside a diverse range of partners, from students and employers to funding bodies and commercial organisations.

Rachel Sandy-Thomas, Registrar, commented:

To ensure we’re equipped for tomorrow’s challenges, the Ambitious Futures programme is a vital part of our professional services. Not only does it give talented graduates the opportunity to embark on an extremely fulfilling career, it also provides our sector with inspirational leaders who will continue to deliver world-class higher education in an increasingly competitive market.”
