Since we reopened nominations in April 2024, we’ve received 180 heartfelt submissions from staff singing their colleagues' praises. It was a difficult task for our Vice-Chancellor, Professor Stuart Croft, to pick the winners. Let's meet our first set of winners and watch their reactions to receiving the award!

The Warwick Wows celebrate amazing work, projects, and achievements at the University.
Eatwise Test Kitchen Team - Warwick Food Group
The team behind the Eatwise Test Kitchen, based in University House, have been recognised for their resilience and energy having launched a new cafe with a new ethos.
The teams’ nominator said:
"The opening of our central production kitchen and its smooth operation are key in delivering the new Warwick Food Group strategy enabling us to start developing, producing and serving healthier, made-on-site, more planet-friendly food and drinks to our students and colleagues.
Marc and the whole production kitchen team deserve recognition for their amazing hard work and how quickly they have pulled together as a new team.”
Stuart commented as he presented the award:
"They have been nominated for all the hard work in getting the kitchen ready, for staying positive while going through all the changes and for providing amazing, healthy, delicious food!"
