Reverend Clive Gregory, team rector of Coventry East, Vicar of St Peter’s Church in Hillfields and former Anglican Chaplain of the University, was installed as the next Bishop of Wolverhampton on Saturday 5 May.

Professor Simon Swain, Head of the Department of Classics and Ancient History, has been awarded one of 26 Major Research Fellowships from the Leverhulme Trust, for his study into Bryson's Household Management.

Matthew Cooke, Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Warwick Medical School, has received a Gold Clinical Excellence Award and Dr Mike Khan, Department of Biological Science, has received a Bronze Clinical Excellence Award from the Department of Health.
