Talking about mental health and wellbeing is important all year round. Life can be exciting, though it can have its challenges too, so we want you to know about all of the resources and support available to you.
Take a break from work, exams, assessments and research to get involved in a variety of events and activities across campus and from home to support your wellbeing. Get active with Warwick Sport, take a break in the Library's Breathing Space, listen back to the wellbeing webinar and more! Hear from members of our community with expert tips on sleep, healthy eating and managing wellbeing!

Draw your feelings: 1 April
Drop by our wellbeing session to draw, collage, or sculpt with craft clay and network with other creatives at Warwick! Taking part in creative activities can help you to manage stress and anxiety. No art skills required - all students are welcome! Find out more here.

Rock Up & Play
Get fit, make friends and improve your skills with 50 hours of free social sport sessions every week, along with activity courses, leagues and events.

Warwick Sport: Wellbeing for staff and students
Boost your wellbeing by getting active through a range of free events and opportunities for staff and students at Warwick. There is plenty on offer from Mindful Mondays with yoga and breathing sessions, to Feel Good Fridays with Zumba - get involved and book your place here.

Mindfulness walk through the Bluebells: 23 April
Take a break, breathe and connect with nature on a guided walk through the campus bluebell woods. Relax your mind, enjoy the scenery, and, weather permitting, bring your lunch and we'll eat together in a peaceful spot. The walk ends with a visit to the student allotments. Find out more here.

The Library: spaces, events and resources
See what's on at the Library to support your mental wellbeing, from Sensory Workspace study sessions and tools for coping with stress with the Student Toolkit, to dedicated rest and relaxation spaces such as the Breathing Space and The Eating Place to take a break. The (Free) Breakfast Club
Help yourself to a variety of hot and cold breakfast options, alongside a hot drink, every Tuesday during term time in the SU. From instant porridge, toast with toppings, cereal and milk, and a selection of fresh fruits. A convenient and affordable way to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
