Wellbeing and Student Support

This week's Wellbeing Theme is Living Well

This week we are thinking about living well, building healthy behaviours and finding a work life balance - this can be tricky at times. During busier parts of the year, when there are conflicting deadlines or exams, it can begin to feel overwhelming. Visit here to find out more.

Steps to Wellbeing is a 5 week rolling programme you can join at any time to learn strategies and skills to help navigate student life - Register here

Spring Forward

The Wellbeing Fair

Come and visit the Students' Union Atrium on Tuesday 20th February from 11am to 3pm

Spring Forward and join us for all things wellbeing for some fun, games and freebies

Visit our stalls and join in with craft activities, photo booths, games and interactive activities.

Teams from across the university and local community will be there to share information, to give advice and for you to ask any questions you may have around building healthy habits and behaviours.
