Wellbeing Support Services

Weekly Themes

This week our theme is around low mood and how to tackle it.

A New Year and the start of a new term can be a busy, stressful and daunting time. Wellbeing Support Services and the Students' Union are holding a Take a Break session – come and meet members of the Wellbeing Support Service and Students' Union. We will be at the Students' Union Atrium on Monday 17th January from 12pm to 2pm – so come along for a cuppa and a chat.

Understanding Wellbeing

A new online module is now available for all Warwick students. It has been designed to improve the wellbeing literacy of students at Warwick and has been co-created by IATL Staff and Students to make sure that it can be accessible to all and geared for often time-constrained University life.

Steps to Wellbeing

This is a 5 week rolling programme that you can join at any time to learn strategies and skills to help navigate student life.
