Autumn Term 2021 - Week 8

This week's theme focuses on Managing Stress and Anxiety - some feelings of stress and anxiety are normal but if feeling stressed and anxious is getting in the way of your day-to-day functioning, then it is worth making some changes and we have lots of support for you to do that.

This is a 5 week rolling programme that you can join at any time to learn strategies and skills to help navigate student life.
