Mindfulness is a practice which helps us to be in the present moment; It helps us to feel engaged with our physical, mental and emotional state. It can help us to understand ourselves more and helps us to notice what we are thinking and what we are feeling without getting caught up in those thoughts or feelings Visit here to find out more.
