This week we are thinking about productivity.  

At times, we may notice changes in our productivity. For example, we may have periods of heightened productivity, where our workload is well managed, and we meet deadlines with ease. However, these periods of high productivity, may be followed by period where we struggle to get started with our work, leading to mounting pressures to meet deadlines.
