University of Warwick Students Celebrate World Refugee Day by Empowering and Supporting Refugees and Asylum Seekers

On World Refugee Day, the University of Warwick is proud to recognize the extraordinary efforts of its students who have selflessly dedicated their free time to assist and uplift refugees and asylum seekers residing in hotels in Coventry. Led by co-presidents Bel Govier and EloÏse Bui, Warwick STAR (Student Action for Refugees) has over 300 students who are committed to making a difference to the lives of those seeking refuge.
