Warwick Microbial Pathogenomics Research Centre

Prof Mark Pallen has put together a proposal to establish a research centre in Microbial Pathogenomics (i.e. laboratory-based or bioinformatics research that focuses on how microbes cause disease and/or the application of genomics and metagenomics in pathogen biology). They are now inviting expressions of interest from academics who might be interested in joining such a centre.

If you are interested, please email an expression of interest to Prof Pallen by the end of June. The email should briefly outline how your research interests fit within the theme of microbial pathogenomics and what you would bring to the centre.
It is hoped that all those in the centre would participate in the lively programme of research-in-progress meetings and seminars, as well as more generally contributing to the centre's intellectual life and social activities.
