Notes: Please note that research projects involving human subjects will need to go through one of the University’s Research Ethics Committees if the results of the project are to be used for academic research (e.g. results will be published in academic journals/monographs or presented at academic conferences). https://warwick.ac.uk/services/ris/research_integrity/researchethicscommittees Ethics approval cannot be granted retrospectively, and all PIs must consider whether they want to use the material generated by their project in later research. If the generated data is only going to be used for the lifespan of the funded project and is purely an outreach or public engagement activity then there is no need to seek Research Ethics approval.




Declaration


I understand that if I am awarded funding, I will be required to provide a short case study (by 1st September 2020) as required by the funder to illustrate outcomes of the awards and to a provide a brief account of expenditure. The award must be spent in full by 31st July 2020.

Please note that the information on this form will only be used for the purposes of the assessing the funding application and will only be shared with the leads from the GRP (s) that have been highlighted for alignment in the application.
