Research Culture Week

Monday 23rd – Thursday 26th March 2026

Warwick hosted its first Research Culture week themed around our research culture commitments. The week opened with the Community & Connections theme, including a Research Celebration Awards event, and continued with themed days focusing on Warwick’s research culture commitments.

The week and its events were open to all members of Warwick’s research community – including research students and researchers at all stages, technicians, professional services, and third-space colleagues.

During 2025, we engaged with our community to build a shared vision and set of commitments under four main themes that will help us to create an environment where excellence is driven by connections, growth, inclusivity, and integrity.

Each objective is underpinned by practical commitments in a roadmap that translates ambition into tangible change, ensuring that we can track progress over time.

The Research Culture week provided the opportunity to showcase the roadmap along with some of the great work and offerings available at Warwick through a range of in-person, hybrid and online events.
