The University of Warwick will process yours and your family’s personal data (you must have obtained consent from those persons over 13 years of age and for whom you have parental responsibility) provided within this application form for the purpose(s) of processing your accommodation application.
The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (and includes steps leading to entering into a contract). We are required to collect data relating to your employment details in order to process your application for Staff and Family accommodation and determine whether you meet the requirements as outlined within National Living Wage legislation.
We also rely on consent where you have provided special category data (such as health data). You may request to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us on email@example.com. If you withdraw your consent then we will not be able to proceed with your application.
Your personal data may be shared or disclosed to third parties external to the University of Warwick, for example local authorities. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained in accordance with the University's Records Retention Schedule. Submitted forms will be deleted after 12 months.
You may exercise rights in respect of your personal data. These are the right of access to it, to rectify inaccurate information, to restrict processing or erase personal data, to object to our processing of it and to transfer it to another controller.
