Request a Long Bed

If you would like to request a long bed during your stay on campus, you must be at least 6 foot 4 inches (1.93 metres) tall. Please note we do not offer long beds in residences where three quarter double beds are provided, so your request will only be considered if you have been allocated a room with a single bed. We will do our best to provide a long bed to students that complete our long bed request form.

You will need to confirm your height on the form below. Please note that if you are provided with a long bed the dimensions are 7 foot x 3 foot inches (H 2.13 metres x W 0.90 metres)

Once you have completed the form you will be offered a submission receipt by email. Your submission receipt is evidence of your form submission, so please ensure you check your email inbox including your junk/spam after submitting to the form and contact us if you do not receive your submission receipt.

The University of Warwick will process your personal data being your full name, student ID number, email and height supplied herewith for the purpose(s) of processing your request for a longer bed.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is performance of a contract.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for 12 months.
