If you are not on campus but have belongings in your room that you are unable to collect, please complete the form so we can make other arrangements for you to clear your room or to collect your belongings at a later date. Due to the current situation, we would ask that you do not visit campus to collect your belongings unless it is critical for you to do so, in line with advice from the UK government. We will issue more guidance about collecting your belongings at a later date.

If you wish to be released but still have belongings in your room that you would like to collect at a later date, you will still be released from 20 April 2020 if you complete this form. We will keep your belongings in your room and will confirm arrangements for collection at a later date.

If you no longer require the belongings and are happy for them to be disposed of, you can complete the form in order to be released from your contract.
