Please note that if you are advertising a room in a returning undergraduate or postgraduate area, we will add the original room profile descriptor to the advert i.e. if it was originally labelled a single gender/ quiet area*

* By selecting a quiet room profile, you are requesting to live in a block with other students who prefer to live in a quieter environment. Please note however that we cannot guarantee that your living environment will be quiet as this is the responsibility of the students living in quiet areas.

If another student wants to take your room and the contract takeover is approved by Warwick Accommodation, a £50.00 administrative fee will  be charged to your student account.

The University of Warwick will process your personal data being your full name, student ID number, mobile phone number, current room number, email and information about the date you would like to move out supplied herewith for the purpose(s) of processing your request to advertise your room.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is performance of a contract.

Your personal data may be shared or disclosed to third parties external to the University of Warwick for example off campus landlords and property managing agents.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for 12 months.

The University of Warwick is the Data Controller of any information you have entered on this form and is committed to protecting the rights of individuals in line with Data Protection Legislation.
