Campus Accommodation Vacancies

Only full time, fully registered students at the University of Warwick who are not already in a contract with Warwick Accommodation can apply to take over the rooms advertised on this page.

Postgraduates can only take postgraduate student vacancies and undergraduates can only take undergraduate student vacancies. We also do not permit first year undergraduates to reside in returning undergraduate areas.

If you are interested in one of the rooms advertised below and fit the criteria for the room, then you should contact the student advertising the room.

If the student who currently holds the contract for the room advertised would like you to take over the contract, you both need to email accommodation@warwick.ac.uk confirming both full names, Warwick IDs and the date that you would like the contract take over to begin. We will then check that you are eligible to take over the contract for the room. If you are eligible, we will prepare an online contract which you must accept online before you are permitted to move into the room.

There may be rooms advertised on this page in a returning undergraduate or postgraduate area which include details about the original room profile i.e. single gender/quiet area*

Please ensure you check the room profile (if applicable) before you agree to takeover the contract.

* By selecting a quiet room profile, you are requesting to live in a block with other students who prefer to live in a quieter environment. Please note however that we cannot guarantee that your living environment will be quiet as this is the responsibility of the students living in quiet areas.

A £50.00 administrative fee will be charged to the student account of the student advertising their campus room once the contract takeover is confirmed.

Yes. You are not permitted to move into another student's room unless you have Warwick Accommodation's written approval and you have an authorised room contract. If you move into a student's room without our permission, or if you allow another student to live in your room without permission, you will be in breach of University regulations and we will take action accordingly.

If you can't see a suitable student vacancy listed below, we may have Warwick Accommodation vacancies which you can apply for by exploring our part year accommodation process. We encourage you to apply for part year accommodation in any case if you are still looking for accommodation after Term One begins.
