Parking: Permits

Salaried Staff

If you're a member of salaried staff working on campus there are parking permit options available for you.

Postgraduate researchers

If you're a postgraduate researcher there are parking permit options available for you.

Non-salaried staff

Working on campus isn't just limited to salaried staff - Unitemps, VAM workers and those on an external payroll also qualify for a permit.

Residential Life Team and resident staff

If you're a member of the Residential Life Team or you're a member of staff living on campus there are special permit arrangements available:

MBChB

If you're a 1st or 2nd year MBChB with split days and off-site placements there is a parking permit option available for you.

Societies and sports clubs

Student societies and sports clubs in some cases have access to parking permits to support their activities. Send any enquiries you have about sports permits to sports@warwicksu.com, or any enquiries about society permits to societies@warwicksu.com.

Students

If you're a student, staff permits are not available to you. Please consider alternative modes of transport where possible and plan your journey in advance: https://warwick.ac.uk/coronavirus/safety/travel/.

If you do need to bring your car to campus, there are changes to parking capacity available to students: https://warwick.ac.uk/services/carparks/where. We've introduced a new cashless payment method.

If you're a blue badge holder please see our disabled parking page.

In exceptional circumstances, where it is essential for you to drive and you meet the relevant criteria with appropriate evidence, you may be considered for support with student parking. If you receive assistance, it must be displayed to allow parking in any of the general car parks:
