HE Recruitment is a conference designed exclusively for recruitment professionals in higher education.

The event brings together sector and industry experts in recruitment, HR and talent acquisition, offering practical strategies, fresh perspectives and actionable insights that attendees can take back to their own teams and organisations.

Alongside an engaging programme of expert and motivational speakers, the conference provides valuable opportunities to connect with fellow recruitment professionals and share ideas across the sector.

This year’s conference will take place in person at IET Birmingham: Austin Court on 22 April 2027.
