Re-opening update
Pausing for now
At Warwick Conferences, our number one priority has always been the wellbeing of our customers and staff. As such, following recent guidelines from the Government and careful consideration, we will be hitting the pause button on all of our venues.
What does this mean?
Warwick Conferences’ venues and accommodation will be closed for external conferences, events and B&B bookings until Monday 17 May 2021. Our virtual meetings, alongside presenter-only hybrid meetings, will remain available for our customers to take advantage of, while we’re also available to support you with your 2021 planning.
As things stand, we will be re-opening our doors on Monday 17 May 2021, and will keep you updated throughout this time.
While this is a temporary closure, we remain as committed as ever to supporting you through these unprecedented times. There is no doubt that 2020 was a tough year, but as the vaccine roll-out continues at pace, we continue to look forward to opening our doors once more.
During this time, we will be keeping our lines open to you, and keeping our website updated to provide insight. Please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone for a chat – whether about events or for a catch up – as we’d love to hear from you.
For now, please look after yourself and your families. Your health is our number one priority. Take care and we will see you soon, with the usual warm welcome.
