Hybrid Packages Expand Warwick Conferences’ Digital Offering

Hybrid

Warwick Conferences has launched a range of hybrid packages to ensure all delegates can remain seamlessly connected, regardless of where they are in the world.

The team at Warwick Conferences will work directly with event organisers to suggest the set-up that will best cater to the individual needs of each event or meeting, tailoring them around the preferred balance of those joining in person and online.

There are four integrated options to choose from, each designed for varying requirements, to ensure event organisers are able to create a memorable experience while also maximising output and interaction. Three of the packages are self-service, allowing organisers to take full control with technical support available. The final option sees a crew of technical specialists at Warwick Conferences manage the event, taking the pressure away from the organiser.

The four new packages are:

  • Small Hybrid Meetings: Recommended for smaller meetings, training courses and seminars, up to 12 delegates on site. Benefits include a large wall mounted 65” touchscreen display as well as portable systems available to transport into any small meeting space if required.
  • The Owl Boardroom at Radcliffe: Ideal for meetings with up to 12 delegates, the room is equipped with Owl 360 camera technology, which follows the speakers within the meeting room. This allows off-site attendees to instantly know who is speaking.
  • Hybrid Presentation Spaces: Recommended for larger meetings, training courses and seminars within Radcliffe and Scarman. Particularly beneficial for presentations and panel sessions, this option can host up to 100 delegates on-site.
  • Crewed Studio Spaces: This option sees two technicians working directly with organisers in the build-up and during the event. Perfect for small team working groups, this option allows organisers solely to focus on delivering their content.

Suitable for a variety of events, from small training courses to large seminars, every hybrid package includes an array of sophisticated technology to bring your event to life. From display screens, cameras and microphones to HDMI/USB connections, all technology supplied is compatible with Windows or Apple devices and all virtual platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

The hybrid packages can cater to all sizes and budgets, as Paul Bartlett, Director of Warwick Conferences, explains: “Flexible meeting spaces are growing in popularity, and we are excited to combine our technical expertise with our first-class event spaces. Delegates are able to make the choice of whether they would feel more inspired to be face-to-face for an event, or if they would prefer to avoid travel and join from home. This allows face-to-face meetings to return, while ensuring no one misses out due to travel restrictions or other commitments.”
