The Reasonable Adjustments in Laboratory Settings (RAiLS) online conference on the 13th of May 2026 (afternoon), aims to bring together UK STEM laboratory practitioners and people with experience in Reasonable Adjustments in non-traditional learning spaces to share best practice, and discuss the progress needed in the sector.

The event will see lightning talks highlighting best practice from a diverse group of people and break-out rooms for discussion on the sector progress and needs.

Abstracts (max 250 words) for Lightning Talks can be submitted to RAILS@warwick.ac.uk until 11:59pm on 15th February.

Posters can be submitted in PDF format to RAILS@warwick.ac.uk until 11:59pm on 30th April.
