Advertising & Media Buying - NERARS Framework

National Education Recruitment Advertising and Resourcing Services (NERARS)

Warwick have now implemented the NERARS Framework which is available until 7^thMarch 2027 for departments to commission Advertising & Media Buying services.

This Framework Agreement is a public contract created by SUPC (Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium) of which we are a member. It is designed as a ‘call off’ contract, where rather than following a full tender process, this is a more dynamic way to commission these services from compliant, approved Marketing Agencies.

Once you’ve agreed to the quotation with the supplier and your budget has been approved, the PO should be raised and sent to the supplier. We would encourage you to reference the services being carried out will be in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions of the NERARS Framework Agreement, Template of NERARS 'Call off' Order Form and Template of NERARS 'Call Off' Terms.

Lot 1 – Educational Recruitment Marketing

This lot includes conventional and creative candidate generation, online recruitment advertising, careers site support and Social Media services.

• WEG (Warwick Employment Group)

As Warwick's approved internal supplier, WEG should be able to help with the majority of requirements for Lot 1. If they cannot for any reason, WEG will then organise the media requirements for the hiring manager.

Lot 2 – Student Recruitment Marketing

This lot includes domestic and international marketing, strategic media solutions across a range of platforms, Promoting B2B relationships and research projects, clearing and adjustment campaigns, alumni engagement initiatives, Out of Home (OOH) Campaigns, Market intelligence and reporting focused marketing.
