The delegated authority to invoke Regulation 41 has changed from the Steering Committee to the University Executive Board (UEB), when a quorate meeting of the Senate cannot be held (Senate minute 081b-S100620). On 9 November 2020, the Vice Chancellor took Chair’s action on behalf of the Senate to approve amendments to Regulation 41, to reflect the 10 June 2020 Senate decision in the University Calendar.
