Payments to staff, interviewees or claimants with foreign bank accounts

Please complete the appropriate form for employment, travel & subsistence or interview costs plus a Foreign Payments FormLink opens in a new window account form (revised May 2025). Please fully complete the form to ensure we have all your details necessary for us to transfer the funds to your account then sign and attach it to your claim. Mandatory details are different for different countries, but if you complete the form in as much detail as possible we should not need to ask you for further information. Please note that PO boxes are not acceptable as an address.

Please note that if a payment is being sent to a High Risk country (as per the Finance Consolidated List of High Risk Countries) a Lexis Nexis report will need to first be requested by the department.

We are unable to make payments in Ukranian hryvnia (payments will need to be to accounts that accept GBP, EUR or USD) and are also unable to make payments to banks located in Russian Occupied Territories.
