Eligibility

If you are a University of Warwick employee in Grades 1-4 or employed by the Science Park in a Grade 1-9 role, you are eligible to join this scheme.

Expression of Wish Form

To update your Expression of Wish Form please download and complete this Form.

UPS Heritage Opt Out Form

If you were auto enrolled into the UPS Heritage DC Section, you will need to obtain an opt-out form from the scheme administrators, Scottish Widows, by phoning 0800 1698954 and quoting reference N10615 . The completed form should then be returned to the Pensions Administration team in University House.
