IDG Portfolio Delivery Success Stories

Dear colleagues

We are seeking to provide more regular updates to our internal stakeholders across the University on the value and contribution that our Portfolio products, programmes and projects provide. We would like to use this form to collate user stories that provide evidence of this value. These stories should be benefits driven ideally, representing benefits milestones and/or full realisation. They should represent outputs, not inputs. The narrative should be user-led, supported by documented evidence of impact on the specified users.

This is not a tool to give reward and recognition to internal colleagues for their contributions and inputs; there are separate communication channels for that.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your contributions. We will contact you to check any additional detail and endeavour to ensure you see any edited versions before publishing.

This form will be used to collect success stories from IDG Portfolio Delivery in order to create communications and a newsletter. Your submission will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than to verify the information provided and seek additional information, if required.  We will endeavour to share any edits of your information provided with you before publishing externally outside IDG.  Please see our Staff Privacy Notice or Student Privacy Notice for further information.
