Women in IDG Application

Hello Women in IDG!

Applications are now open for the third iteration of the Women in IDG Programme. The deadline for submitting your application is 5pm on Wednesday 31st January 2024.

Structure and schedule

The Women in IDG programme will consist of 5 days of facilitated sessions run by Vicki Fitzpatrick of The Wellbeing Focus. The Programme will run from 12th March until 10th July 2024, with a maximum 30 participants. There will only be one cohort and we plan to run the sessions mid-week, from 9:30 - 3:30 with an hour lunch break. The exact dates and schedule being shared to those successful applicants by w/c 5th February 2024.

Delivery

The sessions will be held face-to-face, on the University campus.

Content

The programme will include reading lists and a Reflective Journal / Workbook to accompany the course. You will be asked to complete and submit a Reflective feedback form at the end of/following each session, and to actively follow up on your key learning points, sharing the session content with your line manager following each session.

We will continue to share selected programme content with IDG colleagues who are not attending the programme.

Leadership content will be integrated with the development content so that those in or aspiring to leadership positions will be able to contextualise the content.

Application process

We are now inviting applications from all IDG members who identify wholly or partially as a woman to join the third iteration of the programme. Please note, we have a maximum of 30 places available and completing the application form (below) does not guarantee you a place on the course. If you wish to attend but you are not sure if it's right for you, we strongly encourage colleagues to have a conversation with their Line Manager. We will notify successful applicants by email w/c 5th February 2024.

Thank you!
