SiteBuilder 2.540 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.540 on Wednesday 19th April 2023. In this version, we:
- Solved an issue that prevented users from scheduling changes to page properties.
- Fixed a bug that created an empty file when downloading older form submissions.
- Added a banner to the Edit section of pages on sites that are only using Universal Analytics for analytics data. This banner is to inform or remind users that Google is retiring Universal Analytics on July 1st, 2023. See our updated analytics guidance for more information.
- Updated the confirmation message displayed when deleting a forwarding page to include the URLs for both the forwarding page and the target page.
- Made the following updates and improvements to the Components Editor:
- Fixed a bug that caused text in vertically-arranged buttons to ignore the selected alignment.
- Added the option to assign custom CSS classes to image components.
SiteBuilder 2.539 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.539 on Monday 3rd April 2023. In this version, we:
- Fixed an issue that caused News items to send notification emails when created, even when the option to Schedule for publication at a later date is selected. Notifications will now correctly be sent only when news items are published.
- Made the following improvements to the Components Editor:
- Added new options to Block layouts, enabling you to remove space between content blocks or have the block layout span the full width of the page. These options can be accessed by selecting Settings on the toolbar that appears when you select the block layout component.
- Added the option to remove margins from the bottom of individual content blocks. This option is located in the block's Style menu.
Tabula 2023.3.2 released
We released Tabula 2023.3.2 on Thursday 30th March 2023. In this version, we:
- Added Submitted on time as a filter option to the Submission status drop-down on the Submissions and feedback page for an assignment. Selecting this will display only submissions that met the original assignment deadline.
SiteBuilder 2.538 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.538 on Tuesday 28th March 2023. In this version, we:
- Added a new horizontal scroller component to the Components Editor. This component is available under Add special features > Horizontal scroller, and enables editors to create carousels of content that visitors to a page can scroll through. Full details can be found on the horizontal scroller help article.
- Fixed a bug that caused tag pickers to fail on Tag filter pages.
- Solved an issue affecting FAQ pages that caused entries to appear in multiple categories.
- Made the following changes and improvements to the Components Editor:
- Solved an issue that caused new pages created from templates to default to the old visual editor, even if the parent page is using the Components Editor.
- Fixed a bug that caused options related to video files to appear when adding an audio file via the Audio/video component on a Components Editor page.
- Improved how text is displayed on Buttons. Text will now align correctly when buttons are set to Stretch to full width of container, and long text labels will wrap onto multiple lines, if required.
- Fixed a bug that prevented long titles on Accordions from wrapping.
- Fixed a bug that caused content to vanish when creating a styled block inside a Tabs/accordion component.
SiteBuilder 2.537 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.537 on Tuesday 21st March 2023. In this version, we:
- Fixed a bug that caused Buttons components to display an error when editing a page in Firefox.
- Added the option to display News feeds as Tiles instead of a List. This option is available for both the News page template and the News feed component in the Components Editor.
- Added the option to create visually-editable blocks within Custom HTML components. Any content you put between
<editable-block>
tags in a Custom HTML component is editable from the main Components Editor screen, instead of requiring you to edit the HTML directly. Full details can be found in our updated guidance on how to use your own HTML and CSS. - Removed additional space underneath blocks in the Components Editor. Layout blocks with the Flush to content above option selected will now correctly display with no gap.
