Release notes for web applications

We released Tabula 2020.4.5 on Wednesday 29^th April 2020. In this version:

• We fixed a bug affecting the reported 'State' of a mitigating circumstances submission after the approval of outcomes. The name of the panel chair, and the time and date they approved the outcomes, is now displayed. If the panel secretary recorded the outcomes, the bug caused their name and the time and date they recorded the outcomes to be displayed instead.
• We completed further work to enable Tabula to support aspects of the Alternative Exams Portal (AEP).

We released Tabula 2020.4.4 on Tuesday 21^st April 2020. In this version we fixed some bugs and completed further work to enable Tabula to support aspects of the Alternative Exams Portal (AEP).

• We changed 'Covid-19' in the banner at the top of every SiteBuilder page to 'COVID-19'.
