Release notes for web applications

We released Tabula version 2024.10.2 on Wednesday 16^th October 2024. This version fixed an issue with the API when recording Small Groups attendance.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.594 on Tuesday 15^th October 2024. This update includes no user-facing changes, but makes improvements to SiteBuilder performance.

We released Tabula version 2024.10.1 on Friday 11^th October 2024. Changes in this update include:

• If marks are not displaying on a student's Modules tab after being released, admin users can select the new Why are marks not displaying? link to view an explanation.
• Department timetables should no longer display incorrect modules when filtering by year.

We released Tabula version 2024.9.3 on Wednesday 2^nd October 2024. Changes in this update include:

• Dropdown filter menus now display correctly when multiple options are selected.
• Improved scheduler handling of parallel jobs and larger .zip file uploads to prevent jobs getting stuck.
• Recording outcomes for students should no longer produce an error in cases where no award has been assigned.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.593 on Wednesday 25^th September 2024. Changes in this version include:

• All notification emails from SiteBuilder should now be sent in HTML format.
• SiteBuilder Forms: Notification emails for Forms submissions once again use the question's Field name, rather than the Label.
  • Note: We advise against including form submission data in emails. While some users may find it convenient, email is not a secure medium to transfer data, and you should never use emails to send personal or sensitive information. We always recommend viewing and filtering submissions within SiteBuilder, where you can also download data in CSV, XML or PDF format.
