SiteBuilder 2.440 released

We released SiteBuilder 2.440 on Wednesday 24^th June 2020. In this version:

We made further accessibility improvements, including:
- When you add a maths equation to a page, you are now prompted to provide a human-readable version for people using screen reader software.
- It is now easier to navigate the SiteBuilder edit screen using only a keyboard.
Forms set to allow users to make one submission that can't be changed later, and to go to another page after submission, now inform users that they can't submit more than once. Previously, the form took users to the specified page without informing them.
On a 'Multiple Researcher Profiles' page, if more than one researcher is an author of a given paper, the paper is only listed once.
We began the process of retiring older versions of the visual editor. For the time being, this means they no longer appear among the dropdown options for editing a page.
