SiteBuilder release notes

We released SiteBuilder 2.453 on Tuesday 27^th October 2020. In this version:

• We upgraded the plugin that underpins the accessibility page audit so that more issues can be found automatically. The audit was already available via the toolbar in the visual editor and is now also available in the raw editor.
