Tabula release notes

We released Tabula 2018.8.2 on Thursday 9 August 2018.

As requested at the Tabula User Group, on the coursework management home page, we've added links to the assignment's Submissions and feedback summary page. If you have permission to manage the assignment's parent module, the module code is a link:

Also, we now show dual nationality on a student's profile.
