Standard Service Requests
To make a Standard Service Request for the Storage Area Network service, the first step is to open a call with the IT Services Help Desk. Please include your contact information and as much detail as possible on what you need us to do.
Useful information includes:
- Server name
- Server location
- Storage network connectivity (eg how many HBAs)
- Storage volumes (LUN/size)
- Any information you need from us
