Scan to folder - Deployed within University House
The following areas have been upgraded to include the new Scan to folder application on a trial and proof of concept basis upon selected high volume Kyocera MFDs within the following locations.
- University House - Finance Office (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - DARO (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - Deputy Registars Office (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - Ground Floor Resources Room (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - Human Resources (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - RSS (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - SARO (free trial to May 2015)
- University House - Student Careers and Skills (Free Proof of Concept - To Oct 2016)
Look out for the instructions poster shown below, this will be attached to any MFD that provides the Scan to folder service.
