Managed Department Printing - Update
The long term goal of this service is to provide a net reduction in the number of small and medium sized network and local printers that are located across campus. Within IT Services we rationalised approx 40 local and networked printers down to 7 Ricoh MFD's. This resulted in a net reduction in operational cost, energy consumption, simplified support and deployment techniques as well as taking advantage of the enhanced range of functionaility offered by these devices.
