Overview
University of Warwick is proud to currently have nearly 100 members of staff working towards an apprenticeship and we are working towards increasing this number.
Apprenticeships offer a fantastic opportunity for new starters and current members to develop their skills. The University is committed to providing exciting and life-changing apprenticeships, where apprentices of all ages train alongside experienced staff, developing their skills and growing the University’s workforce talent. Our apprentices
Here at University of Warwick, we have nearly 100 members of staff working towards apprenticeships in 26 different subject areas. And now we are an award winning employer, having won the Large Employer of Apprentices of the Year Award in the Coventry Guild Awards 2023. Note: These pilot programmes have commenced and an evaluation is taking place as to whether we run future Warwick cohorts.
Operations Manager ProgrammeWe are also pleased to offer a 2 year Level 5 Operations Manager programme which is funded using the apprenticeship levy. This is a more in-depth programme to develop your management knowledge and skills.
We are also pleased to offer the 2 year Level 7 Senior Leaders programme which is funded using the apprenticeship levy. This is a more in-depth programme for people in a senior or strategic management role with responsibilities including setting strategy, direction and vision.
