Our coaches are University of Warwick colleagues who hold a recognised coaching qualification or who are in training to become a qualified coach.

Warwick is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) UK. We aim to create and promote best practice in staff coaching and mentoring and adhere to the EMCC’s standards and ethics.

Operational coaching training for people Managers

We have partnered with Notion to train our people managers in developing operational coaching skills. Notion’s award winning STAR® programme enables people managers to transform their interactions with others to:

•Deliver more effective feedback.

•Ask insightful and powerful questions.

•Listen actively and intuitively.

•Empower and enable teams.

•Handle difficult conversations.

•Gain time back for themselves to spend in more impactful activities.

Roll out of this programme during 2023-24 is currently being planned.
