Aurora 2023-24 Booking Process
The 2023-24 programme has now started. Please check back later for details of forthcoming cohorts starting in the 2024-25 academic year.
You must gain agreement from your manager before applying. The cost of the programme is £975 per person and must be paid by your department. There is no central funding for this programme.
Process:
- Complete the agreement formLink opens in a new window, including your manager's supporting statement.
- Send a copy of the completed form to LMD when applications are open from 9:00am on Thursday 28th September.
- LMD will provisionally confirm places and provide participants with a costcode for the internal recharge.
- LMD will notify Advance-HE of confirmed participants.
- Advance-HE will contact confirmed participants direct with joining instructions, and LMD will contact participants about the Warwick-specific elements.
Communication to participants:
- On confirmation of your place, you will receive an email from Advance-HE
- Welcome packs and workbooks will be issued by Advance-HE
- Participants will be added to Advance-HE’s ‘Connect’ (online forum)
- Joining instructions for the Advance-HE Development Days are issued one week before each Development Day
- You will also receive joining instructions and information on the Warwick-specific events from LMD
