Leadership Coaching
Know You More is Warwick’s partner for coaching for our FA9 leaders in the Senior Leader leadership category in the Leadership and Management Framework.
They provide high-quality virtual coaching which enables you to:
•Better understand your strengths.
•Develop leadership skills.
•Support future career development.
•Increase personal performance, productivity and wellbeing.
Coaching is built around your individual goals and challenges. It is confidential and provides a safe space in which to explore your leadership.
Leadership coaching typically takes place over a six-month period and includes:
•No commitment call with prospective coach(es).
•Two 30-minute conversations with coach, coachee and coachee’s line manager.
•Six 1-hour sessions of 1-1 virtual coaching.
