The HoDs Induction and Development Programme has been redesigned in response to feedback and consultation with leaders from across the institution. It aims to support you developing your leadership as you undertake your new role as HoD.

Leadership and Management Development Provision

The Leadership and Management Development team offer a range of professional development opportunities including Programmes and Short Courses including Senior Leaders Workshops and Leading Warwick Programme. The LMD team also offers support for Bespoke Leadership Development. The provision in this area has been developed as result of the research the team conducted with leaders from across the institution and this collaborative approach has informed the design and development of the Leadership and Management Development Framework.
