What will I learn?

  • Identify what is within your control and influence with regards to the change project.
  • Identify different stages of the change process and use a toolkit to manage each stage.

Is it right for me?

You will benefit from the Implementing Change course if:

  • You are a manager or supervisor who have a responsibility to role model a positive attitude toward change
  • You demonstrate a willingness to engage with wider change initiatives and embed those changes in their team.
  • It builds on the knowledge, skills and behaviours explored within our Warwick Management Development Programme.

Less useful if...

  • You do not have a current or imminent change activity that you are able to apply the techniques and tools used in the workshop towards.
