Unconscious Bias |
The University launched a Dignity at Work and Study Policy for staff and students in June 2009, as it is keen to develop an approach to tackling harassment and bullying by emphasising positive behaviour and the responsibilities that we all have to challenge inappropriate behaviour when we see it. As part of the implementation of the Dignity at Work and Study Policy a number of Dignity Contacts have recently been recruited from across the University to act as a confidential listening service for individuals involved in harassment and bullying incidents. To find out more about the policy and view the details of the contacts visit the Dignity at work and study website For an introduction, please look at the presentation notes from the 'Dignity Contacts Training Session' which took place on the 4th and 15th July 2014. |
